The Spanish national team is sending 11 of its senior rowers to compete in the first stage of the Filippi Lido Trophy’s International Circuit this weekend in Mondello, Italy. The team will compete in the men’s and women’s solos, and in the mixed double.

This is the second year of the trophy’s International Circuit, and there will be a 20,000€ prize fund available, to be split among the top-ranked rowers after four rounds. There is also a National Club Circuit that will take place at the same time and is in its fifth year.
