British Rowing, Scottish Rowing, Welsh Rowing and Jersey Rowing Club have announced details of the third year of the Four Nations Coastal Sculling Series. The coastal rowing series is divided into endurance and beach sprint divisions and is supported by Swift Racing, which provides boats across all of the league’s regattas.
The junior beach sprint series will comprise four regattas:
- Round 1: Welsh Junior Beach Sprint Championships, 19 April, Colwyn Bay
- Round 2: Jersey Coastal and Beach Sprint Championships, 7–9 August, St. Helier
- Round 3: English Junior Beach Sprint Championships, 10 August, Studland Bay
- Round 4: Scottish Coastal and Beach Sprint Championships, 22–23 August, Location TBC
The senior series will also include four regattas, but with several different dates:
- Round 1: English Senior Beach Sprint Championships, 23 May, South Shields
- Round 2: Welsh Senior Beach Sprint Championships, 6 June, Fishguard
- Round 3: Jersey Coastal and Beach Sprint Championships, 7–9 August, St. Helier
- Round 4: Scottish Coastal and Beach Sprint Championships, 22–23 August, Location TBC
