British Rowing is searching for a lead coach for the England Rowing beach sprint team, which competes in the Home International Rowing Beach Sprints regatta. The lead coach will assist the team manager with the selection of rowers and coordination of other coaches during the event. They are also expected to help promote the team during the rest of the year. While this is not a paid position, British Rowing will cover reasonable expenses.
The Home International Rowing Beach Sprints is a competition between England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, and has been run since 2022. Wales currently leads the all-time history with two wins (2025 and 2023), followed by England (2024) and Scotland (2022). The 2026 event will take place in Scotland on 18–19 September.
